Terms of Service

1. Disclaimer of Regulatory Authorization: HydroScout is an independent decision-support software provided by 5th Meridian. It does not replace formal regulatory applications submitted to Alberta Environment and Protected Areas (EPA) or the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER).

2. Data Accuracy & Source Records: Spatial queries and yield estimates rely on open government datasets. 5th Meridian assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or statutory priority changes enacted by regulatory authorities.

3. Use of Prospectus Reports: Generated Section 81 Prospectus PDFs are licensed exclusively for internal feasibility screening and client advisory memo attachment.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection: We collect corporate domain emails and company names submitted through lead authorization and prospectus export forms to validate business accounts.

2. Data Retention & Usage: Personal information is handled in accordance with Canadian PIPEDA regulations. We do not sell or rent user contact details to third-party data brokers.

3. Payment Processing: All payment transactions are securely processed via Stripe. HydroScout does not store raw credit card numbers on its servers.
